Review of Cooking Class at Chef Jaime’s Home We had the great pleasure of attending a cooking class in Chef Jaime's clean, cozy, and welcoming apartment, which featured a large kitchen and a beautiful center island with granite countertops—perfect for group cooking. We prepared vegan empanadas, guacamole, and a delicious veggies stew, sauces, etc. all under Chef Jaime's expert guidance and supervision. Chef Jaime’s enthusiasm and energy truly set the tone for a fantastic experience. She was incredibly organized, managing the class smoothly and keeping us on track without ever making it feel rushed. What really stood out was her ability to engage with participants of all experience levels, from beginners to more seasoned cooks, making sure everyone felt included and valued. Her positive, supportive attitude created an environment that was not only instructive but also fun and encouraging. It was clear that she’s passionate about her craft and genuinely cares about ensuring her students have a memorable experience. I attended Chef Mukti's class with my partner, Andrew, and cooking with her was an incredible experience! It was our first cooking class ever, and Mukti taught us how to make *five* amazing vegan Indian dishes from scratch. Mukti not only walked us through each cooking step, but she also taught us some really helpful tips and tricks about cooking in general, including how to handle cookware properly and how to incorporate different kinds of spices — and the benefits of them as well. To top it all off, the food itself is to-die-for. Mukti's cooking class is definitely worth it and we both highly recommend it to anyone.

She loves helping people to overcome their fears in the kitchen and make delicious beautiful dishes that will please your palate and your guests. Not only will you learn HOW to cook great things like Fettucine alla vodka or Udon stir fry, but Kate will teach you WHY the different techniques are important to get the best results. Try the avocado & poached egg on fancy toast. It's totally delicious! NYC meets L.A. The bottom half is like a New York everything bagel while the top half rocks the avocado, sprouts, and poached egg. A bit messy to eat but oh so delicious! Kids, families, and adults will love Chef Kate.

Prepare to be amazed. Nick is extremely qualified to teach, dazzle and entertain. Your palate will be pleased and your knowledge of food and cuisine will grow in leaps and bounds. The fresh pasta was made like a native Italian and his Bolognese sauce is on another level. Learn how to make a delicious bearnaise sauce, marinate and cook a skirt steak like you've never tasted before. The flavors in the mushrooms and steak continued to wow me long after the last swallow. For dessert, tres leches cake! Wow! You will definitely find room for this, even on a full stomach. Never pretentious or proud, always willing to share his abundant skills and craft. You won't be disappointed. Bring your friends. Come back again and again.

Highly recommend! I scheduled a gluten free and vegan Indian cooking class with Chef Mukti for my girlfriend's birthday. My girlfriend is gluten free and dairy free. Chef Mukti had to reschedule our class for a different day with a different menu that wasn't necessarily gluten or dairy free. Chef Mukti made sure to have options for my girlfriend so that she didn't miss out on anything. The food was unbelievably delicious. Mukti was extremely informative during the entire cooking process. We were with a family of seven that we didn't know. Mukti made the atmosphere comfortable and we had a blast. She also made sure everyone was involved constantly. It was so much fun and the food was so good. We don't live in NYC but if we did I'm sure we'd do another cooking class with the chef. I never leave reviews for anything online but I felt like I needed to for this. Great experience, and after the dinner Mukti sends you an incredibly detailed recipe of everything so you can cook it again.

My wife and I had a private thai cooking class and learned how to make four wonderful courses. We loved it. Jeremy's kitchen and apartment are so stylish, and Jeremy let us to do whatever we were comfortable with. We felt totally at ease the entire time and would (and recommend (and have recommended) this to anybody looking to learn about thai cooking or just have a really fun night with friends or on a date.
