We had such a lovely evening with Chef Mariana! She is super knowledgeable, walked us through every step, and created such a lovely environment for me and my fiancé. I can't thank her enough for great conversation and making it such a special night.

I recently took a cooking class with Chef Mariana. I had an amazing time learning about the art of making sushi. Chef was so patient and really talked us through every step. She provided us with background info and techniques all while making it a fun time!! We felt lucky to learn from one of the best as she has some incredible experience and is really passionate about cooking.
We made spicy tuna, spicy salmon, and crab rolls along with sashimi and a matcha creme brulee. The vibes were immaculate with great music and views. She also gave us tips on how to improve our sushi making skills.
We had the best time and would recommend this class to anyone interested in trying something new, while having the best time. I also appreciated the fact that we got to eat the food we cooked at the end of the class. It was all delicious.
