This hands-on cooking class is your invitation to add a bounty of authentic Japanese dishes to your home dining repertoire. Work with Chef Kenneth as you learn traditional techniques for creating regional recipes brimming with flavor.

Begin by creating a savory miso soup studded with tofu, then learn professional secrets to rolling a spicy tuna sushi roll topped with salmon. After frying up shrimp and vegetable tempura, Chef Kenneth will teach you how to make annin tofu flavored with matcha for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had a fantastic time with chef Kenneth. He helped us prepare a delicious meal and we learned a lot. He is also great with kids. We planned the event for my middle school aged son who loves cooking and he had a blast. 10/10 will definetly book again. Thank you!

Kenneth was SO informative and fun! He was thorough, taught my friends and me some great cooking tips that apply to all meals in addition to this delicious cuisine (and it was delicious), and made the whole experience super engaging and fun. Highly recommend his cooking class!!
