My wife and I had a private thai cooking class and learned how to make four wonderful courses. We loved it. Jeremy's kitchen and apartment are so stylish, and Jeremy let us to do whatever we were comfortable with. We felt totally at ease the entire time and would (and recommend (and have recommended) this to anybody looking to learn about thai cooking or just have a really fun night with friends or on a date. I recently took a cooking class with Chef Mariana. I had an amazing time learning about the art of making sushi. Chef was so patient and really talked us through every step. She provided us with background info and techniques all while making it a fun time!! We felt lucky to learn from one of the best as she has some incredible experience and is really passionate about cooking.
We made spicy tuna, spicy salmon, and crab rolls along with sashimi and a matcha creme brulee. The vibes were immaculate with great music and views. She also gave us tips on how to improve our sushi making skills.
We had the best time and would recommend this class to anyone interested in trying something new, while having the best time. I also appreciated the fact that we got to eat the food we cooked at the end of the class. It was all delicious.

Such an amazing experience for the entire family! I booked Chef Anthony to bring us through A Taste of Japan as a Mother's Day gift and everything was top notch. The food was beautiful and out-of-this-world amazing. Chef Anthony is wonderful at his craft, delightfully personable, and deeply cares about how food is sourced and utilized, which I imagine is why everything he makes tastes incredible. My 5-year old daughter even had a great time. She learned to assemble the dumplings...and then proceeded to show off her newfound "expertise" to everyone. Thank you for such an amazing afternoon and evening! I look forward to eventually receiving the recipes for the dumplings and daikon salad :)

What a night ! Jeremy is definitely a people person. My husband and I ended up extremely late for the class but Jeremy accommodated. We arrived at his apartment stunned at how cozy the setup was. Very inviting for people who visit. The setup was cooking class ready. He explained the menu and explained everything from ingredients to sauce making in detail. Everything tasted amazing!!
