Booked the class Craft Signature Pasta Three Ways with Chef Patrick in Natick

First off, Cozymeal needs to update when chef’s change. The chef that ran the class deserves to get reviews. Chef Tom was awesome and hands on throughout the process. We had fun making 2 kinds of pasta by hand and seeing how to make 3 different sauces. 16 people was way too many and I much preferred when I did a class at a chefs house with a smaller group . They shouldn’t allow 16 people in that kitchen ,.,, maybe 10tops! We really did like a chef Tom so A+ for his class!

Expectations exceeded! Chef Roman was fabulous; he kept us moving along at a good pace while sharing lots of great techniques and tips - a true pro in both the kitchen and the classroom combined. The menu (Seared Scallops with Leeks and Tarragon / Lemon and Fennel Risotto / Salad Vert with Fresh Herbs / Peach Melba) was terrific and the results were delicious - a really fabulous combination of flavors. We greatly enjoyed the company of our fellow students - a fun group! I look forward to receiving the recipes thru CozyMeal and then hosting a dinner with friends to repeat it all on my own (fingers crossed)!
