Cooking Class - Classic French Bistro Cuisine
Under the guidance of a gourmet chef, you will learn how to pan-sear a sizzling steak and baste it in savory au jus in this cooking class. Hot frites drizzled with truffle aioli and a fresh side salad with mustard vinaigrette accompany this classic meal. A decadent molten chocolate cake adds a sweet touch.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
