What You’ll Do

Start your own homemade sushi tradition with this stellar session in a Japanese classic.

With the expert guidance provided in this hands-on cooking class, you'll master the art of homemade sushi. It's a ideal menu for serving guests or enjoying on your own. Turn out pitch-perfect rice, create spicy tuna rolls and vegetable hand rolls, prepare gently-fried tempura shrimp rolls and make an umami dipping sauce.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Scott did a great job. The evening was a lot of fun, we learned new things and really enjoyed the cooking and eating a great meal.

It was a lot of fun and Chef Scott did a great job, however I would limit the size.

The overall experience was fun and educational. We had two groups on opposite sides of the room and the chef always her he back to our side when she was demoing something- even as simple as cutting. dicing- and it was hard to hear and impossible to see what she was doing.
