Cooking Class - Teen Pastry Lab: Advanced Skills

What You'll Do

With guidance, teens create complex baking projects with delicious results in this advanced summer camp.

This cooking class series introduces a new pastry concept daily — crusts, fillings, decoration and doughs — giving students a comprehensive skill set by the end of the week. Teens aged 12 and older are encouraged to problem-solve, work in small groups and get creative as they gain confidence and independence in the kitchen. Guided by an experienced chef, students will graduate with the skills to recreate impressive bakes at home.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

First off, Cozymeal needs to update when chef’s change. The chef that ran the class deserves to get reviews. Chef Tom was awesome and hands on throughout the process. We had fun making 2 kinds of pasta by hand and seeing how to make 3 different sauces. 16 people was way too many and I much preferred when I did a class at a chefs house with a smaller group . They shouldn’t allow 16 people in that kitchen ,.,, maybe 10tops! We really did like a chef Tom so A+ for his class!
