In four days, teens develop the skills, confidence and passion to recreate these gourmet dishes.

Designed for teens who love food and want to learn how to make it, this four-day cooking class series focuses on essential kitchen skills. Teens 12 and older will have hands-on practice with everything from dough making and pasta shaping to baking and cake decorating. With instruction from a world-class chef, students will leave with confidence in the kitchen and a new appreciation for homemade meals.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

Was a lot of fun, and great instructor! Even though it was not the chef pictured, I felt the chef was professional and a great leader. I would like the recipe, which I was told would be sent. I also did not see that chairs or stools were available to me. Chairs or stools should be readily available at this particular location for all people involved. 90 minutes is a long time to stand for both older people and disabled people- we can still do the prep work from a seated position but we need stools or chairs please.
