WHAT YOU’LL DO
Roll chicken braciole and bake a Parmesan cheese basket, then finish with a classic crème brûlée.
Create an elegant three-course meal in this hands-on cooking class, pairing comforting Italian classics with a French grand finale. Each course builds a different technique, from baking to rolling to that all-important caramelized crackle.
You will bake a crisp Parmesan cheese basket to hold a fresh salad before rolling chicken braciole filled with prosciutto, mozzarella cheese and spinach, served with creamy mashed potatoes and a savory mushroom sauce. To finish, you will learn the secret to a perfect crème brûlée. Reserve your spot in this private Italian cooking class just for your group.
