As a group, begin with preparations for a refreshing Niçoise salad featuring tomatoes, tuna and soft-boiled eggs. Then, master the sear of a steak and craft a spicy demi-glace with brandy and green peppercorns for filet au poivre. Finally, fill the kitchen with Parisian scents as you create a decadent crème brûlée, caramelizing the top for a luxurious dessert experience.
Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy during the class. Alcohol is not permitted on site.

What an amazing class - relaxing and down to earth. The chef was friendly and the instructions were so easy to follow. Learned a lot! Class is held in a spacious area, so you won't be cramped in a stuffy room! 100% recommend signing up for this extra special experience!
