Cooking Class - Sun-soaked Seasonal Feast

Celebrate signature flavors of the season with this showcase of warm-weather produce.

In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll craft a vibrant menu bursting with a bounty of fresh ingredients while honing foundational techniques. Your chef instructor teaches methods for preparing succulent flank steak with zesty corn relish and balancing the flavors and textures in a refreshing salad. Finally, you'll make crème fraîche for a seasonal fruit dessert.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
