What You’ll Do

Learn to prepare laminated dough for a variety of showstopping croissants

In this hands-on cooking class, you'll create flaky, golden pastry worthy of a French patisserie under the guidance of a world-class chef. Practice the art of laminating dough step by step to create light, buttery croissants. Then, enhance your pastries with sweet and savory ingredients to showcase your new culinary skills.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
