Cooking Class - 5-Day Foodie Fun Teens: World Baking - Natick

What You’ll Do

Students learn new skills and discover new passions in this hands-on class.

In this interactive cooking class, students aged 12 and older will get personalized instruction as they make their way step-by-step through recipes inspired by worldwide cultures and baking techniques. If you’re looking for summer cooking classes that could help unlock a new love for baking or international culture in your teen, then this class is perfect. Plus, at the end of the week, each student will get to take home a specially printed menu and graduation certificate so they can remember what they learned for a lifetime.

Classes typically run for two to two and a half hours, unless specified otherwise. Group work is a key component; kids can expect to collaborate with four other students. The class involves standing, cooking and active participation throughout. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required and long hair should be securely tied back for safety. Please note that these are drop-off classes. Parents do not stay during the classes.

Terrible. We left after 10 minutes and are seeking a full refund. It’s not a cooking class for families to learn how to make wings and pizza; it’s a demonstration geared toward young children who participate by taking turns mixing. It was a definite miss for us and very disappointing given the price and the effort we made to travel to be together for Father’s Day.

We had a fantastic time with Chef Scott! Not only was the food delicious, but he did a fantastic job of explaining the technique behind each step in the recipe, which made for an interesting and fun experience!
