After coming to the U.S., he graduated from The Culinary Institute of America. Chef Edouard was extremely courteous and friendly, talking us through the entire cooking process. The meals were fantastic, and the placements of everything was adorable and divine. I took my girlfriend to him for Valentine's Day and we all had a wonderful time. Will certainly repeat.

Chef Edouard will not only teach you how to cook delicious hearty dishes, but his background as a food stylist will make them visually pop as well.
