Discover the colorful art of kazari maki zushi, or decorative sushi, as you create two festive designs: a grinning jack-o'-lantern and a green-faced Frankenstein monster.

Guided by a certified decorative sushi instructor, you'll learn how to transform simple, natural ingredients into edible works of art. Use carrots to give sushi rice its vibrant orange color, aonori flakes to create Frankenstein's signature green complexion, bonito furikake for his dark hair and nori to bring each design to life. Chef Hiroyo will guide you through the techniques of layering, rolling, assembling and slicing your sushi to reveal intricate Halloween patterns in every piece.

Held on Halloween morning from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., this festive class is perfect for beginners and sushi enthusiasts alike. Enjoy your creations after class or take them home to impress family and friends. Book your spot today!
