Cooking Class - French Heritage Macarons
Savor sweet moments, mastering macarons the French way.
You will pay homage to French heritage in this macaron cooking class! A chef instructor will teach you to make two macaron flavors — Peach and Champagne and Crème Brûlée — for a selection of quintessential French treats. You’ll learn to build your batter, how to correctly meringue eggs and tips for coloring batter. After piping and baking your batter, you’ll construct your macarons with crisp shells and from-scratch fillings.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Gus launched his culinary journey in the Bay Area, with roots in Chicago and Los Angeles, where he mastered Latin cuisine. Over the years, he transitioned into diverse culinary styles, with a focus on French techniques. Currently residing in Los Angeles, Chef Gus is dedicated to sharing his culinary wisdom with students, drawn from his extensive hands-on experience in the culinary world.
