WHAT YOU’LL DO

Learn traditional French cooking with an immersive, hands-on experience.
Treat yourself to a sophisticated meal you can recreate anytime with a French cooking class taught by the talented Chef Shakeis. Start off the night with crab cakes in tarragon beurre blanc with a fresh arugula salad. For your main course, master the art of the perfect filet with a cognac pepper sauce and potato gratin. Learn how to poach tri-colored carrots and end the evening with a layered chocolate and peanut butter mousse dome with the perfect sponge cake and sweet buttercream.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Crab Cake With Tarragon Beurre Blanc and Warm Corn Salsa
With crab, arugula, corn, butter, lemon and tarragon
Filet aux Poivres With Potato Gratin
With filet, Cognac, potato, pepper and cream
Poached Tri-Color Carrots
