Step into an Italian kitchen and learn to make fresh ravioli entirely from scratch in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Anna. From mixing the dough to shaping and sealing each piece, this session covers every stage of the ravioli-making process with the kind of hands-on guidance that builds lasting confidence.

 

The class opens with a generous charcuterie of prosciutto, salami, Provolone and aged cheddar cheese before moving into the pasta kitchen. You'll prepare a fresh pasta dough, roll it thin and fill, fold and seal spinach and ricotta cheese ravioli before simmering them in a classic tomato sauce. The dedication that Chef Annalisa and Chef Marcella put into their cooking classes is truly inspiring. When you join one of their delightful cooking classes you are transported to Rome for an authentic Italian experience. But it doesn't end there: the location is absolutely stunning and conveys a genuine European vibe, making you feel like you've just taken off for a quick vacation from your everyday life.
