WHAT YOU’LL DO

Roll fresh pasta dough, fill and seal your own ravioli and finish with a classic affogato al caffè.

Step into an Italian kitchen and learn to make fresh ravioli entirely from scratch in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Anna. From mixing the dough to shaping and sealing each piece, this session covers every stage of the ravioli-making process with the kind of hands-on guidance that builds lasting confidence.

 

The class opens with a generous charcuterie of prosciutto, salami, Provolone and aged cheddar cheese before moving into the pasta kitchen. You'll prepare a fresh pasta dough, roll it thin and fill, fold and seal spinach and ricotta cheese ravioli before simmering them in a classic tomato sauce. The session closes with an affogato al caffè – gelato, espresso and a perfect Italian finish. Book this ravioli class today.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Annalisa and Paola are the most talented chefs of true Italian cooking and they make it fun and easy to learn how to cook on your own. Fettucine is one of my favorite pasta dishes and the tricks of the trade are accessible with room for one's own creativity. Moreover, their class is relaxing and filled with Italian charm. It was a great value for my money and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others looking to expand their cooking horizons.

I had such an amazing experience at this cooking class! From the very beginning, the atmosphere was warm, fun, and welcoming. The instructors were not only incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but also genuinely kind and passionate about what they do. They explained every step clearly, shared useful tips and little secrets, and made everyone feel comfortable, even beginners. What made this experience truly special was the energy of the group: lots of laughter, great conversations, and a relaxed environment where you could really enjoy learning and cooking together. The ingredients were fresh, the recipes delicious, and at the end we got to enjoy an incredible meal that we were actually proud to have prepared ourselves. It was much more than just a cooking class — it felt like spending time with friends while discovering new skills and flavors. I would absolutely recommend this experience to anyone visiting the area or simply looking for something fun, authentic, and memorable to.
