My friends and I celebrated a bachelorette party by taking a ravioli class with chef Anna. She was amazing! Attentive, patient, wonderful energy and showed us step by step how to create delicious ravioli from scratch. Even those of us that were nervous about it, enjoyed every part of the experience. Annalisa and Paola are the most talented chefs of true Italian cooking and they make it fun and easy to learn how to cook on your own. Fettucine is one of my favorite pasta dishes and the tricks of the trade are accessible with room for one's own creativity. Moreover, their class is relaxing and filled with Italian charm. It was a great value for my money and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others looking to expand their cooking horizons.

I had such an amazing experience at this cooking class! From the very beginning, the atmosphere was warm, fun, and welcoming. The instructors were not only incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but also genuinely kind and passionate about what they do. They explained every step clearly, shared useful tips and little secrets, and made everyone feel comfortable, even beginners. What made this experience truly special was the energy of the group: lots of laughter, great conversations, and a relaxed environment where you could really enjoy learning and cooking together. The ingredients were fresh, the recipes delicious, and at the end we got to enjoy an incredible meal that we were actually proud to have prepared ourselves. It was much more than just a cooking class — it felt like spending time with friends while discovering new skills and flavors.
