Explore the rich culinary traditions of central Rome through a fully plant-based lens in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Anna. From fresh pasta dough to a classic tomato sauce and a dairy-free affogato, every dish in this session is rooted in Roman technique and made entirely from scratch.

 

You'll start with a vegan charcuterie of fresh vegetables, crackers and dried fruit before rolling and shaping your own frese fettuccine and simmering it in a traditional tomato sauce with extra virgin olive oil. The dedication that Chef Annalisa and Chef Marcella put into their cooking classes is truly inspiring. When you join one of their delightful cooking classes you are transported to Rome for an authentic Italian experience. But it doesn't end there: the location is absolutely stunning and conveys a genuine European vibe, making you feel like you've just taken off for a quick vacation from your everyday life. Couldn't recommend more!
