Learn the secrets behind a truly great Italian lasagna in this hands-on cooking class guided by native Italian-born chefs. From rolling silk-smooth egg pasta to simmering a deep, savory ragù and whisking a lump-free béchamel, every layer of this dish is built from scratch with care and technique.

 

The session opens with a shared charcuterie of Italian meats, mixed cheeses and fresh vegetables before diving into the pasta kitchen. You'll roll fresh egg pasta sheets, build the ragù low and slow and layer everything together with béchamel, Mozzarella and Parmigiano before baking. The dedication that Chef Annalisa and Chef Marcella put into their cooking classes is truly inspiring. When you join one of their delightful cooking classes you are transported to Rome for an authentic Italian experience. But it doesn't end there: the location is absolutely stunning and conveys a genuine European vibe, making you feel like you've just taken off for a quick vacation from your everyday life.
