Cooking Class - Simply Mediterranean
With Chef David as your gastronomy guide, you will gain culinary confidence and find your new favorite dish with regional recipes like fattoush and gyros.
First, chop and mix crunchy cucumbers, juicy tomatoes and bits of pita bread with mixed greens and a light dressing, and blend up your own velvety-smooth hummus with lemon and garlic. For the main course, concoct the perfect marinade then grill chicken to perfection before layering with homemade tzatziki in pita bread. Dessert is a golden layered masterpiece of phyllo dough with nuts and honey.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
