Get ready to dive into an exciting culinary experience featuring fresh seafood and handmade pasta.

In this hands-on class with Chef Pierre, you will learn how to prepare a classic four-course Italian seafood feast using the freshest seasonal ingredients and traditional Italian cooking techniques.

After constructing a hot goat cheese salad, you will discover how seasonal vegetables and fresh herbs taste even better when perched on top of a crisp oil-brushed piece of bread. And for the main event, Chef Pierre will teach you the ins and outs of homemade pasta as well as how to properly prepare fresh seafood to perfection.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Pierre was born in France and spent 12 years studying cooking there as well as one year studying in Italy. He has worked with some of the top chefs in the world, including Chef Alain Ducasse. Chef Pierre is an expert with all types of fish and meat, and can also make great sauces and desserts. He has been a chef instructor and executive chef for many years, and has even cooked for four United States presidents. Chef Pierre's style of teaching is from the heart.
