Cooking Class - Brasserie Favorites
Partake in a French feast, savoring a perfect blend of time-honored textures and flavors.
In this cooking class, step into a classic atmosphere full of French favorites. Your seasoned chef instructor will show you how to cook the perfect steak and whip up a truffle aioli for a traditional Steak Frites. On the side, you’ll learn to poach eggs for a flavorful frisée salad topped with bacon lardons. You’ll end the meal with Crêpes Suzette — flambé and all.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

It wasn’t one of the best food workshops I have attended. Working in groups of 4 on only one station is not appealing especially when you team random people. The food quantity was definitely not enough for 4 people and once we made the food we were told to put it aside and not eat because we were rushed onto the next dish. Finally, I did not feel the chef was accommodating or even trying to be. We asked to split our sauce into half with bacon and half without which would have been super easy to do simply bringing another pan which he claimed to not have while clearly behind us there was a wall full of pots and pans. Nice idea. Not as great of an execution. We won’t be back.
