Cooking Class - Sushi, Noodles and More

Chef Cregg brings his special touch to Asian dining in this hands-on cooking class. He'll demonstrate his take on time-honored techniques for preparing a host of gourmet specialties.

Take your culinary talents to new heights while creating your own spring rolls with a savory peanut dipping sauce, and rolling fresh sushi with spicy tuna. Prepare pan-fried soba noodles seasoned with sesame, soy and oyster sauces, topped with fiery chili flakes to awaken your senses. Close out your session by baking a decadent flourless chocolate cake with matcha green tea custard.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

It was a wonderful experience. My first time cooking through this site. The food was delicious, he gave good instructions, the extra tips were very helpful. Chef Cregg kept the class very involved. It was a wonderful time. Good location as well. We liked the area.
