In this Italian-themed cooking class, you'll learn to make handcrafted pasta like a professional. Your expert chef will guide you through each step from mixing dough to perfectly plating dishes.
Begin by making a classic Caesar salad of crisp romaine and creamy from-scratch dressing, and perfectly toasted garlic bread. Then, handcraft a batch of dough and select from shapes like fettuccine and gnocchi for your pasta. You’ll also make a meaty bolognese sauce to top your dish. For dessert, prepare decadent panna cotta with an innovative lavender-infused blueberry compote.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
