He specializes in handcrafted Thai roll up ice cream made with exotic and colorful flavors from scratch. Originally from China, Chef Barry’s first roll up ice cream experiences in Thailand and Hong Kong sparked the initiative to bring it to San Francisco. His frozen treats are just as photogenic as they are delicious!
