Learn how to roll up your own colorful, unique ice cream with Chef Barry.
Join Chef Barry as he instructs on the techniques of handcrafting Thai roll up ice cream from scratch using exotic and beautifully presented flavors.
This hands-on class will start with the preparation of a decadent ice cream base as well as the unique and colorful customizable flavors. Then the magic happens. You will freeze your liquid ice cream base and craft it into a delicately exquisite roll up ice cream. To top it all off, you will finish by making a rainbow roll up ice cream using highly specialized techniques.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Barry’s class is perfect for any trendy dessert feen. Learning to make ice cream from scratch and practice the roll up method with various flavors was super fun — the rainbow role was perfectly Instagram-worthy!

Chef Barry has some seriously impressive culinary skills up his sleeve that are showcased in his incredibly creative classes. He specializes in handcrafted Thai roll up ice cream made with exotic and colorful flavors from scratch. Originally from China, Chef Barry’s first roll up ice cream experiences in Thailand and Hong Kong sparked the initiative to bring it to San Francisco. His frozen treats are just as photogenic as they are delicious!
