Cooking Class - Sophisticated French Feast
In this hands-on class, Chef Dirk will teach you everything you need to know to create a sophisticated and impressive four-course French feast. You'll even learn how to classically set a spectacular dinner table in the fashion of a gourmet French restaurant.
After beginning with hors d'oeuvres, Chef Dirk will teach you how to cook a hearty and elegant chicken consommé soup from scratch, and how to prepare a spectacular fillet Wellington in puff pastry with the most elaborate ingredients. Your evening will end with a show-stopping seasonal dessert, such as crêpes.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
