Join Chef Barry on a journey through the sweet staples of Hong Kong, Thailand, and Taiwan in this hands-on class. Each menu item comes with multiple flavor combinations and variations.
Begin learning the technique to the perfectly puffy pull-apart treats known as Hong Kong-style egg waffles. Next, you will learn how to handcraft Thai roll up ice cream from scratch using colorful, unique ingredients and flavors. Last, you will learn how to cook the most thirst-quenching snack of all—an ice-cold Taiwanese boba milk tea dotted with chewy tapioca pearls.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
