Take a culinary cruise to the Hawaiian Islands with Chef Stacy in this Polynesian-inspired online cooking class that teaches you how to concoct a fun, festive and tropical-themed menu. Get the party started with classic and creamy piña colada that brings the luau right to your kitchen. Channel your inner chef as you put together a spread featuring firecracker shrimp skewers marinated in a signature spices for the perfect sweet heat, served with a side of tropical slaw and pineapple jasmine rice.

Prep Work Details

Gather all recipes and needed ingredients, supplies, kitchen equipment and serving ware. Wash/rinse all produce and pat dry. Sanitize work space and wash hands. Clean off grill (if using). Preheat oven to 400*F — only if roasting shrimp and not grilling. Soak skewers in water for 30 minutes prior to class — if using bamboo/wooden skewers. Please note: This is a fast-paced class. Please have your items pre-prepped before class to ensure success.
