Online Cooking Class - Cookies for Kids

Discover the joy of baking as your kids learn how to make comforting homemade cookies.

In this fun and interactive baking class, kids will learn how to make their very own cookies. Chef Angela-Michelle will share two simple and straightforward recipes that kids can prepare while parents assist with the oven.

On the menu are frosted ricotta cookies made from scratch and sopapillas, pillow-shaped puff pastries that you'll knead, roll, and fry to golden perfection. Little bakers will gain confidence in the kitchen and discover how baking cookies can bring just as much pleasure as eating them!

Have all ingredients measured out and ready to use. 2. Have all bakeware, kitchen tools, etc. on your cooktop or countertop ready to use. Also note, the measurements listed on the recipes are specific to the time frame allotted for the event. Therefore, anyone attempting to double or triple the recipe won't be able to keep up with the flow of the cooking class. All of these efforts will ensure a smooth, seamless cooking experience for all involved. Thank you in advance for following these pre-class preparation instructions.
