Chef Stacey was amazing during the class. She was patient, supportive, and guided us through the process with encouraging words and positive feedback. She created a comfortable learning environment and helped us feel confident throughout the class. We would highly recommend taking a class with her and look forward to taking another class with her again in the future!!

I took the Macron class with Stacey and it was amazing! I have always been afraid of macarons because they seem so finicky but Stacey did a great job of walking me through all the steps and checking with me along the way. I had the great fortune of my classmates canceling so I got a lot of personal attention but I have a feeling that Stacey is able to engage with everyone no matter the class size. She even had some great tricks and tips for my mixer. I can't wait to take another one of Chef Stacey's classes!

We had a great experience making Eclairs with Chef Stacey . My 14 year old granddaughter received such positive encouragement from Stacey, which was just a great boost for Maggie. She loves to bake and says she can now replicate this at home, her confidence was boosted by Stacey's encouragement. I enjoyed the experience, not being a baker. All in all, the eclairs looked great, and tasted amazing! Thanks, Chef Stacey!

We made a lemon swiss roll cake, and it came out wonderfully! This was my first baking class ever and it was amazing! The cake came out beautiful, and it was enjoyed by everyone in my house. Chef Stacey was very nice and a wonderful teacher, she explained everything and was very attentive. I would happily take another one of her classes. ^-^

We made eclairs, and had a wonderful experience. We enjoyed it tremendously. Stacey was a joy and a delight. She is witty and smart and such a good teacher. We will book again with her soon.

We made pastry cream and Japanese pancakes. I learned how to keep condensation from forming on the pastry cream. Stacey was very encouraging.

I had the best time cooking with Chef Stacy. I was the only one in her class and so we were able to talk while we cooked together and it was fantastic. We made a Yule log and shared experiences and I had such a good time and learned so much. Thank you Chef Stacy for sharing your time and skills with me. It was a cooking experience I will never ever forget!

"Elegant" eclairs did not describe the appearance of my first attempt (check out picture), but can I make them more elegant next time? YES! Stacey was absolutely wonderful. I learned a lot, and what I learned can apply to other kitchen adventures as well.

Chef Stacey was so great! She was fun and informative. It's a great space and a nice atmosphere. I feel like I should be able to recreate the macarons we made in class today on my own now. And I promise to never make an American buttercream again! I intend to take other classes from Chef Stacey because I really enjoyed both her and this process.

Chef Stacy was a delightful hostess. She was very organized; all ingredients were pre-measured and ready to use. Stacey explained every ingredient, why it was used and gave hands on experiences which helped this older woman to understand and remember what to do when we tried it at home. (We did go home and made some great cream puffs on own) I enjoyed every minute with Stacey; time flew by. My sister and I plan to take more classes from her.

Stacy was an excellent teacher. She was very thorough and went over all the little details that would help my guest and me make the best macarons. One of the reasons I wanted to take the class was to learn all those little tricks to make the best macarons ever. She had everything measured out and ready to start as soon as we got there. Stacy was fun, which made the class very enjoyable. She even provided little snacks and water for us. We just had the best time and our macarons turned out so good. I would definitely take another class from Stacy.
