Cooking Class - Mastering French Macarons

Get ready to master the art of making French macarons with pastry extraordinaire Chef Stacey.

In this hands-on class with Chef Stacey, you will learn the skills, techniques, and valuable trade secrets needed to master the classic and oh-so-elegant French macaron.

Once you've mastered the basic technique of creating delicate, melt-in-your-mouth French macaron shells, Chef Stacey will teach you how to prepare a variety of fillings and flavor profiles to serve as the glue during the construct phase of your macarons. Some of the fillings you can look forward to creating include a luscious lemon curd, perfectly balanced lavender buttercream, satiny salted caramel and more!

This class is appropriate for children aged 10 and up.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
