Chef Aaron

Chef Aaron welcomed us into his home and gave great instruction to my family and other Cozymealers attending the class. He taught us how to cook a delicious four course French meal. This was a phenomenal experience that we will remember for years to come. I’d highly recommend Aaron.

Aaron was a great teacher. He made a complex meal seem easy and the results were delicious. His place was warm and suited well to cooking. I would recommend that experience to anyone. Thanks Aaron.

Chef Aaron was so gracious and nice. I am a notoriously bad cook but he gave us tips and let us try techniques without being pretentious or making me feel like the total novice that I am. We did the French cooking class and I definitely think I can replicate at least some of the things we cooked at home now that I have done them once. Highly recommended!

Had a wonderful time with Chef Aaron! Easy going and mild mannered, he's worked in kitchens and restaurants all over the Bay Area. He showed me simple ways to make a tangy Green Papaya Salad; a hearty and chunky French Onion Soup; and a sweet and delicious Mango Sticky Rice. Don't miss his fresh Pappardelle With Summer Vegetables! There's so few ingredients in it and so simple to cook (after making the pasta) that I was surprised at how amazingly eggy and flavorful it was!

I recently attended an event that Chef Aaron hosted. It was a cozy and fun party of 4 adults. Our cooking experience with Aaron was AMAZING! 5 stars all-around! Aaron was fun and professional, and he cooked a mouth-watering meal. We've never had homemade pasta before, and Aaron made hand-made gnocchi with a brown butter glaze, complimented with asparagus and summer peas. We learned how to form the dough by hand, cook it perfectly by blanching, then browned it in a pan, and whipped up a beautiful brown butter glaze. Not only did he showcase exquisite culinary skills, but he shared personalized tips to make a delicious meal fit for royalty. Aaron has experience cooking a variety of cuisines including French, Italian, Southeast Asian, and Mexican. My family and I will undoubtedly use him again, and we have already referred him to friends and family in need of a top chef who knows how to deliver a top-notch culinary experience.

AMAZING! My friend and I took a class with Chef Aaron to learn how to make a vegan carrot cake and let me tell you that this cake took me to heaven and back. It was so DELICIOUS. BEST cake ever for being vegan. On top of that Chef Aaron is so great a explaining every step and took the time to really answer my all my baking questions. Try him out, you won't regret!

I was supremely lucky to have Chef Aaron show me the ropes on how to cook pasta well in an unpretentious, intimate--and fun!!-- workshop environment. The meal was exceptional and rewarding, since I got to reap the fruits of my labor and share it with others. I also gleaned useful takeaways from his feedback on cooking more economically, which I've applied to my cooking ever since. I will definitely go back again.
