Cooking Class - A Traditional Spanish Feast

What You’ll Do

Chef Aaron will teach you integral kitchen skills while producing an impressive Spanish paella.

This hands-on class will build kitchen know-how, such as knife skills, pan flipping and setting up and maintaining an efficient home frying station.

Begin with torta de patata, a classic Spanish omelet with eggs, potatoes and onions. Next, you'll prepare an ensalada mixta, a beautiful blend of lettuce, olives, tuna and artichoke hearts, followed by the centerpiece of the evening, paella de marisco, a giant platter of saffron rice brimming with seafood and peas. End your meal with buñuelos de viento, a deep-fried, lemon-flavored fritter dusted with powdered sugar.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
