Join a professional chef and transform authentic ingredients into traditional favorites.

Learn how to make one of Spain’s most iconic dishes in this hands-on cooking class. Your expert chef will teach you new cooking skills as you make an incredible paella along with other Spanish favorites from scratch.

First, prepare toasted bread topped with tomatoes and anchovies, then sauté a classic shrimp dish infused with flavorful garlic. For the main course, you'll learn how to make the perfect paella brimming with chicken, pork and fresh seafood. For dessert, craft a traditional creamy flan with a zesty citrus twist.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Wow, wow, wow is all we can say! This far exceeded our expectations. The class with Chef Roddy was fun, educational, personal, delicious, and all around such a wonderful time. So glad to have found Cozymeal, but even happier to have discovered such an amazing Chef.
