In this hands-on class with Chef Aaron, you will learn how to prepare a three-course Italian menu completely from scratch using fresh, high-quality ingredients and traditional Italian cooking techniques.
Chef Aaron will begin the class by teaching you how to create small handcrafted meatballs served with a flavor-forward tomato sauce. Then, you will learn everything you need to know to prepare silky ribbons of handmade pasta from scratch before ending with a classic Italian zeppole dusted with freshly-zested citrus and served with a decant dark chocolate sauce for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
