He slowly garnered the knowledge and skills to be able to prepare a wide variety of cuisines, including Spanish, Italian, Argentinian, Turkish, Greek, and vegan cuisine.

Chef Diego was quite knowledgeable, the dishes that were prepared were beyond measure. Chef Diego was very personable, he was great at explaining how each dish is prepared during the demonstration. He gave a brief history on the origin of each dish. His cooking classes will offer a wealth of knowledge, and a great dining experience. I would recommend these cooking classes to anyone interested in preparing incredible dishes, and learning a bit of history along the way.
