A friend and I booked a flambé class through Cozymeal with Chef Emmanuelle, and the evening instantly became a highlight of our Las Vegas weekend. We are both experienced cooks, but still left with some great insights on how to improve our cooking. Chef Emmanuelle takes the fussiness out of cooking, and makes it simple yet sophisticated. We had a blast and had a great time chatting with her after we finished cooking - she has a wealth of information and clearly loves sharing her passion with her guests.

We had an incredible experience in the cooking class with Chef Emmanuelle! Isabel, Annette, and Juan all left the class feeling inspired, full, and genuinely impressed. Chef Emmanuelle’s teaching skills are exceptional—she explains each step clearly, keeps the class engaging, and makes even complex techniques feel approachable. Her passion for cooking really shines through, and she creates such a warm and welcoming environment for everyone. The menu was absolutely delicious. The fiery scampi had the perfect balance of heat and flavor, and the seafood medley was fresh, beautifully prepared, and incredibly satisfying. We also loved learning how to make fettuccine pasta from scratch—it was such a fun and rewarding experience, and Chef guided us through it with patience and expertise. Every dish we made tasted like something from a high-end restaurant. We would highly recommend this class to friends and anyone looking to sharpen their cooking skills while having a great time. We’re already looking forward to taking more classes with Chef Emmanuelle in the future!
