One of the best family events I have had in a very long time. We went with my son and his wife, and it was reminiscent of taking the kids to Disney Land. Chef Emmanuelle guided us, yet made it fun. All four of us learned so much from her. The food was great, and the company was even better. Chef Emmanuelle shares her passion and her skills. I recommend taking a class from her regardless of your experience. Do what I did, make it a family night and you won't regret it. We will be back.

What an awesome class! Chef Emmanuelle is passionate about preparing healthy, yet simple and tasty food. She was encouraging and always willing to answer questions. She made us feel welcome and shared her knowledge with us. I learned more from her in just a few hours than I did from other classes lasting much longer. We will be back!

I had the most amazing time at Chef Emmanuelle's French cooking experience. She is French and was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about French cuisine. She guided us through each step of the recipe with patience and clarity, making the experience both enjoyable and informative. The food we prepared was absolutely delicious, and I learned so many new techniques that I can't wait to try at home. I would highly recommend this class to anyone interested in French cooking or simply looking for a fun and educational experience.

Emmanuelle's culinary expertise allows her to create delicious and healthy meals that are low in fat, sugar, and sodium. Her delightful personality makes the cooking experience even more enjoyable. We appreciated being able to store our wine and beer in her wine cellar that can hold 750 bottles!

Her personalized menu and interactive cooking experience made for an unforgettable evening. Our group of 15 thoroughly enjoyed creating and sampling the delicious mini bites, including vegan options that were a hit with everyone.

I had an incredible experience at Chef Emmanuelle's Mediterranean cooking class! She was a true master of her craft. Her passion for Mediterranean cuisine was evident in every dish we prepared. The class was hands-on, allowing us to learn new techniques and flavors. The food we created was absolutely delicious, and I left feeling inspired to try more Mediterranean recipes at home. The experience was like being on a TV cooking show! The professional kitchen, spacious dining area and walk-in cooler provided a unique and immersive setting. We loved sitting down to create our vegan dishes and enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere of the garden room.

I had an absolutely wonderful time at Chef Emmanuelle' vegan workshop! The atmosphere was incredibly warm and inviting, and Chef was a fantastic teacher. Her passion for vegan cooking was infectious and she made the entire experience so enjoyable. I learned so much about plant-based ingredients and techniques and I can't wait to try out some of the recipes at home. I would highly recommend this workshop to anyone interested in vegan cuisine.

I've known Chef Emmanuelle since 2005 and have attended several of her private cooking events, including a bread-making class. She is a truly exceptional chef and a warm, wonderful woman. I highly recommend attending one of her cooking classes for the pleasure of meeting her and experiencing her delicious food. You won't be disappointed and will have tons of fun!
