Chef Emmanuel was very welcoming and friendly. Her house was set up very well and we appreciated her guidance through her cooking method and logic. We will be making our own pasta at home now.

We had an amazing time learning to cook pasta! She taught us three ways press the pasta from the pasta machine, penne, and others. It was so fun! We even made tiramisu first and let that chill before the pasta making.
