Had an amazing time with Chef Emmanuelle. She made us feel right at home with all the jokes that were said and would join in from time to time. Made it truly feel cozy. She encouraged us to make the dishes our own only providing a basic version and letting us take control of the taste and the seasoning of the dishes.

10 out of 10 experience that I highly recommend! We attended the Italian class with the bruschetta, chicken marsala, mushroom risotto and tiramisu . The food was delicious and it was so fun cooking it! Emmanuelle was very friendly and knowledgeable. She gave excellent cooking tips and we had leftovers! I will for sure be back for another lesson to learn a new cuisine!

What a memorable and amazing experience! My husband and I have always wanted to take a cooking class and Chef Emmanuelle was the perfect fit for us! We had so many questions and learned so much and Chef was so patient and enjoyed the laughs with us. She was extremely organized and clean!! An absolute must!

From the moment Emanuelle entered our home until we sadly hugged goodbye, the experience was like a

One of the best family events I have had in a very long time. We went with my son and his wife, and it was reminiscent of taking the kids to Disney Land. Chef Emmanuelle guided us, yet made it fun. All four of us learned so much from her. The food was great, and the company was even better. Chef Emmanuelle shares her passion and her skills. I recommend taking a class from her regardless of your experience. Do what I did, make it a family night and you won't regret it. We will be back.

What an awesome class! Chef Emmanuelle is passionate about preparing healthy, yet simple and tasty food. She was encouraging and always willing to answer questions. She made us feel welcome and shared her knowledge with us. I learned more from her in just a few hours than I did from other classes lasting much longer. We will be back!

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary attending a cooking session with Chef Emmanuelle. She was very informative and did an excellent job inspiring us to be creative with flavors and ingredients in the kitchen. She was very attentitive to us throughout the session. This was my second time taking a class with Chef Emmanuelle. It was simply amazing. My family loved the class! She shares her passion for cooking as well as her recipes. I had the most amazing time at Chef Emmanuelle's French cooking experience.
She is French and was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about French cuisine. She guided us through each step of the recipe with patience and clarity, making the experience both enjoyable and informative. The food we prepared was absolutely delicious, and I learned so many new techniques that I can't wait to try at home. I had an incredible experience at Chef Emmanuelle's Mediterranean cooking class! She was a true master of her craft. Her passion for Mediterranean cuisine was evident in every dish we prepared. The experience was like being on a TV cooking show! The professional kitchen, spacious dining area and walk-in cooler provided a unique and immersive setting. We loved sitting down to create our vegan dishes and enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere of the garden room.

I had an absolutely wonderful time at Chef Emmanuelle' vegan workshop! The atmosphere was incredibly warm and inviting, and Chef was a fantastic teacher. Her passion for vegan cooking was infectious and she made the entire experience so enjoyable. I learned so much about plant-based ingredients and techniques and I can't wait to try out some of the recipes at home. I would highly recommend this workshop to anyone interested in vegan cuisine.

I've known Chef Emmanuelle since 2005 and have attended several of her private cooking events, including a bread-making class. She is a truly exceptional chef and a warm, wonderful woman. I highly recommend attending one of her cooking classes for the pleasure of meeting her and experiencing her delicious food. You won't be disappointed and will have tons of fun!
