Cooking Class - Alpine Village-Inspired Favorites

Embark on a nostalgic culinary journey as you explore recipes inspired by Alpine Village Inn in this hands-on cooking class with Chef William. He'll share smart cooking techniques as you craft a meal that recreates several time-honored favorites.
Begin by preparing seasoned cottage cheese served with warmed pumpernickel bread, and the infamous chicken supreme soup. Then, it's onto your entrée: beef rouladen seasoned with bacon and onions and served with herbed spaetzle. Your class wraps up sweetly with a handle of desserts: a honey cake known as bienenstich, apple strudel and eiskaffee — a decadent combination of iced coffee with ice cream.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

The Alpine Village Cooking Class was a wonderful trip down memory lane for my wife’s birthday. Chef William presented an interesting an informative experience with a great meal at the end, especially with the Chicken Supreme Soup!!

Chef William is a highly talented and passionate culinary professional who brings more than 35 years of experience to the table. He holds three culinary degrees and is a Certified Executive Chef, Certified Culinary Educator and Certified Culinary Administrator. Chef William was named Chef of the Year by the American Culinary Federation, San Diego Chapter, in 2008 and has since earned many more awards and accolades for his work in the kitchen.
