Cooking Class - A Taste of France

Begin with a salade Niçoise topped with seared tuna, haricots verts, tomatoes and potatoes. Next, you'll prepare a classic coq au vin studded with mushrooms and bacon lardons and served with demi-glace pommes fondant. Finally, perfect two traditional French desserts: dark chocolate pots de crème and black cherry clafoutis served with espresso.
