Cooking Class - A Taste of France
Prepare a collection of classic bistro dishes in this cooking lesson on historic French cuisine.
The vibrant culinary history of France comes to life in this hands-on cooking class with Chef William. Discover the significance of these time-honored recipes as you learn how to make them from scratch.
Begin with a salade Niçoise topped with seared tuna, haricots verts, tomatoes and potatoes. Next, you'll prepare a classic coq au vin studded with mushrooms and bacon lardons and served with demi-glace pommes fondant. Finally, perfect two traditional French desserts: dark chocolate pots de crème and black cherry clafoutis served with espresso.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef William invited us to his lovely home and accommodated me and 12 or so of my friends for my wife's birthday. Even though there was a lot of us, everyone who wanted to participate could. Like everyone else said in the comments, he was very knowledge and provided several tips throughout the night to improve your cooking, preparation and cleaning skills. The food was delicious and the pot de creme was one of the best desserts I've had in a long time. I highly recommend booking Chef William!
