Get ready for flour-dusted fun and friendly competition in this pasta-centered team building activity. Guided by a skilled chef, your team will learn to make pasta dough from scratch before diving into a spirited culinary challenge. Choose between classic marinara and creamy Alfredo sauces, then elevate your dishes with a variety of flavorful mix-ins like chicken, shrimp, sausage, mushrooms and spinach. Working in small groups, your group will collaborate to create the most delicious and visually stunning pasta plates. A lighthearted judging session caps off the experience, with everyone gathering to enjoy the tasty results.
Perfect for birthdays, celebrations or any special gathering, this flavorful experience brings people together one bite at a time.
This experience is fully mobile and beginner-friendly, so you can host it anywhere: your office, event space or one of our partner venues in Las Vegas. No kitchen is needed and all necessary materials, including food ingredients and cooking tools, are provided for the class. Please note that travel fees may apply beyond the city center.
All necessary utensils will be provided by the chef. The venue is required to have access to sinks nearby, tables set-up to prep and garbage containers. Chefs are able to arrive a minimum of 30 minutes in advance.
Pasta Dough
With flour, egg, olive oil, salt and water
Marinara Sauce
With crushed tomatoes, onions, garlic, basil, oregano and salt
Alfredo Sauce
With heavy cream, garlic, butter and Parmesan cheese
