Next, master the art of ratatouille, featuring a vibrant mix of eggplant, tomatoes, peppers and zucchini infused with Provençale herbs. You’ll also prepare a fluffy omelette and poached eggs, followed by delicate crêpes, filled with your choice of jam for dessert.
