In this hands-on class with Chef Diego, you will learn how to prepare a four-course gourmet surf and turf menu that tells a tale of opulence and intrigue from beginning to end.
You will begin by creating an impressive dish of white fish sashimi with a velvety dark beer mussel reduction with a fascinatingly complex flavor profile. The adventure continues as you learn how to make tempura shrimp with the crunchy and porky goodness of chicharrónes as well as preparing a show-stopping tomahawk steak before venturing into your dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
