In this hands-on class with Chef Diego, you will sail around the Mediterranean Sea stopping off in four different cities to create and enjoy an authentic dish hailing from each location.
Your first stop will be in Rome, Italy for fresh herb focaccia bread. Next, you'll head to Istanbul, Turkey for light fennel salad, which will be followed by a traditional family-style shrimp and pork paella in Valencia, Spain. You will end your culinary journey in Athens, Greece with a cup of tea and a seminola-based revani cake with coconut.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
